The 8x30 has a standard plastic lens cap on the eyepiece and the objective has a lens cap that is attached to the main body of the monocular (it just dangles out of the way when in use) The Trailfinder has a plastic lens cap on the eyepiece and a soft rubber lens cap on the front which is secured by a ring of rubber (just like these: Opticron Rubber Lens Caps but smaller). |
