Returns

Should you find it necessary to return goods Under Warranty for repair, they can either be returned to ourselves, or directly to the distributor/manufacturer (in some cases, this can be the quickest option). Please either email or telephone us to be advised of the best course of action.
Items can be returned to change size with 14 days, e.g. a pair of 10x42 binoculars upon examination may be too high magnification and may be swapped for the 8x42 version, or lens caps may beed exchanging for a smaller or larger size. Please ensure the returned item has all packaging and accessories returned with it.

Refunds

Under the Distance Selling Act, you can return goods ordered within 14 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
This is to allow the consumer to inspect the goods, much as they would when they come and buy a pair of binoculars face to face.
Please ensure all accessories, instructions booklets, lens caps etc are included (deductions in amount refunded can be made if we need to replace missing accessories) and the items are well packed before returning.
