Collections

Items may be collected on Christmas Eve by appointment, please telephone to confirm stocks before traveling.

Last Dates

The last guaranteed day for items sent by Royal Mail First Class service to arrive before Christmas, is Thursday 21st December.

Special Delivery the last day is Friday 22nd December, this is a very expensive service, there may be an additional shipping fee for items sent by this method.

Packaging

If ordering online and paying via credit/debit card, you will have the option to specify plain packaging, or for us not to enclose an invoice with your order (sorry, these options are not available if paying by PayPal) We need to put a return address on the items to comply with various insurance conditions, but our company name will be abbreviated to EEBC followed by our address.
